1. Agreement to Terms

6. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site, as well as any professional engagements or services provided by Nest Made New, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You expressly agree that regardless of your physical location, state of residence, or the location where services are rendered, the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the state and federal courts located in Coffee County, Kansas. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts.
